You should resist any form of resistance to change in order to gain the confidence.

Lastly, you need to set your priorities right. You need not to rush in establishing a new engagement without giving it enough time. Falling in love again should not be driven by the quest to revenge. Actually, you must give yourself a break from relationships and concentrate on emotional recovery.
