Google Docs is one of the great contributions for making a more efficient way of teaching through virtually conducting the writing lessons. And therefore, feedbacks will be sent and received instantly also. Students also are able to make replies to comments, so because of this, there would be a chance on making the editing processes easier through discussions. Works of students may be shared for a peer editing.

Peer editing can be very useful since this will allow educators on watching over the discussions that are being made between the students in the process of editing. This process may take time for a teacher to get use into it and also, this will require an extra time, but the application can help in making better feedback and collaboration that would result to a better writing.

There are ten main benefits of this for an education if the application is used. First, test and exam. There are Google forms to be used in creating examinations like questions which are based on texts and multiple choices as well. Second, time table and events. It used to schedule upcoming events and time tables and sharing it to public or selected users for providing information.

Third is the discussion. There are groups or forums available that would let them track those recent and even the previous discussions. Fourth is the documentation. The documentation is consist of some innovative features including add on, embed gadgets, research, etc. End users can be able to create and share documents with multiple users. Fifth, presentations and reports. Slides and also sheets to be used for some representations and also calculations.

Sixth, tutorials and webinar. These 2 are best ways to be better in learning and in interacting. Seventh, feedback. Feedback and survey forms are created based on students and on parents.

Eighth is control. The administrator has the right of controlling the entire access, sharing, and application settings. Ninth is collaboration. Many users are able to do a real time editing of documents and share with colleagues. Tenth is communication. The users also can communicate easily with their colleagues via audio, email or text, and video chat.
