The reason why risk managers are employed is so that they can ensure an entity is safe from any adverse occurrences. Some firms may be burden by schooling their employees so as to know how to handle issues, but that is not the case here. The company gets to save a lot because the time is taken to get systems running and the money that will be spent on the same is way less.
